Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@everwooboutique.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

The following items are eligible for exchange or return (with refund to original payment method) if requested within 30 days of you receiving the item (i.e. delivery date for online purchases).

  • Clothing that is unworn & unused with original tags attached
  • Bags that are unused with original tags attached
  • Jewelry that is unworn & unused in its original packaging

Exclusions/Exceptions

  • Clothing, bags, or jewelry marked "Final Sale" at purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • Custom jewelry pieces or jewelry marked "Final Sale" at purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Returning or Exchanging Your Eligible Item

To start an exchange or return, please contact us at returns@everwoodboutique.com with your full name, order number, and description of item. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that a return request must be approved before you send back items - items sent back without first having an accepted request will be rejected.

As noted above, you have 30 days from your original order's delivery date to request an exchange or return for refund to your original payment method. Please ensure the original tags are attached to the unworn, unused clothing and/or bags, and that jewelry is unworn and in original packaging. Please include your order number and full name with your return shipment.
 
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange or return with refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will contact you if we anticipate any delay. Once processed, if exchanging your item, you will be notified once shipped.
